OOOH FINALLY FINISHED THIS!!
My versions of Portugal and colonial!Brazil~ The thick eyebrows are because I thought they'd suit him XD Not a british colony, but Portugal depended on England for a long time, thus so did Brazil. The Anglo-Portuguese alliance goes way back... but I think Portugal got a bit whipped... Originally I planned to use Portugal's flag and Brazil's flag in the background... but then I was tempted to use the Kingdom of Brazil flag cause it's cool.. but in the end I decided it would be most accurate to use the flag of the "United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Algarves". Also, no ref for clothes so.. I made them up 8D I think Portugal would be full of good intentions, but the type of person who messes up due to airheaded-ness (stereotypes lol), maybe like a kid who loves his pet, but forgets to feed or walk it. He probably cared for Brazil but was a bit gold-crazy XD; Brazil would probably be a nice kid who eventually becomes a rebellious teen. As he grows up more, I think he'd become an easy-going, very liberal adult who likes soccer and Carnaval (stereotypes!!). ALSO HAS A LOVE/HATE THING WITH ARGENTINA. |
